Agents---get ready to celebrate your last evening in Costa Rica in style! This evening has been prepared to reward you for all your hard work in Making It Happen! Don’t be late, as we kick off the evening with cocktails @ 6:45PM, followed by a plated dinner and an awards ceremony.

Departure Notices will be delivered to each individual room with their schedule departure time from the hotel to the airport

Check-Out Day- It is necessary for you to clear any room charges to receive your departure authorization form in order to leave the hotel grounds! This can be done in the main lobby or the Royal Services Lounge.
Departure Procedure
All attendees will need to meet in the lobby for their return transfer. Please follow the departure card in your room for exact pick up times. Remember to clear your safety deposit box, hand in your room key, and settle all room incidentals with the front desk before departure. Please call the bellman before you leave your room to have your luggage collected and taken to the lobby.
Your designated transportation vehicle will take your directly to the airport for check-in. You will need to clear customs once you arrive in your first U.S arrival city.

Prior to travel, and once you have completed your online flight and registration, you will receive a customized travel booklet that will provided specific itinerary details as well as other relevant travel and destination information.
